CONSTRUCTION: WEBCOR

Webcor- Constructor of Union House

Beginning in early July This project is a good example of the power of One Webcor with the team self-performing carpentry, drywall, and building specialties services. Webcor team are very proud of it because they were able to report zero lost-time due to injuries. Safety was the primary focus for this project and the team used toolbox talks to keep an open dialogue with all their trades. Sharing best practices was key to construct this masterpiece. The Union House construction required continuous conversations with several agencies (Caltrains, SF Bus or Rapid Transit) that was only possible due to the rigorous coordination and determination of Webcor.
